Vertical slitting machine is good at slitting plastic films, sticker tape, non-woven fabric tapes and etc. Operating is easy and space request is small.
Two rewinding shafts are positioned at same side of the slitter, which makes it easier and convenient for operator to load and unload the material from the machine.
Rewinding shafts are driven by two ac motor independently. Line speed on each shaft is synchronized with main motor speed. It's possible to wind different diameters coils on two shafts.
PLC calculate the tension and control the tension automatically.
Automatic stop at set length available.
