Horizontal shape slitting machine means the two rewidning shafts being placed on the front and back side of a central passing roller. When rewinding, the rewound tape coils lay on the central passing roller to ensure even and smooth rewinding quality. This is a center surface winding slitting machine, which is the ideal option to slit thin films and foils, such as PET film, BOPP film, aluminum mylar foil, copper mylar foil, kraft paper, mica tape, non-woven tape and etc.
1. Ultra type automatic web aligning system.
2. Circular blades and razor blades are applicable for slitting different material.
3. Double winding shafts wind material synchronously.
4. Pneumatic or hydraulic loading system for unwinding material is optional.
5. Automatic tension control for unwinding and rewinding.
6. Programmed rewinding length and diameter counter.
7. Automatic stop system by meter or diameter.
8. Minimum slitting width 5mm, slitting width accuracy 0.1mm
9. Machine can be built according to customer's request.
