How to install round blades to the slitting machine

1. The upper round blade is composed of round blade, blade base and retaining spring. According to the request of slitting width, the width of the tape is composed of the thickness of the blade and the thickness of the spacer piece. The blades should be fixed on the upper blade shaft, and both ends of the blade shaft should be locked with retaining rings

Note: When installing the blades, it is recommended that the blades should be placed in the center of the shaft

2. Use the distance piece with the down blade to form the requested slitting widths, and then fix it on the lower round blade shaft with the fixing ring

3. After installing the upper and down round blades on the shaft, you must pay attention to the direction of the blade edge as shown in below image

4. Fasten the upper and lower round blade fixing rings

5. Turn the handle of the blade forwarding and backwarding wheel so that each set of upper circular knives enters the groove of the lower circular blade and lock the handle of the upper circular blade.

6. Check whether the upper and lower round blades of each group are tightly sealed

7. After the blades position is fixed properly, the fixing bolt must be locked to prevent the circular blade from shifting due to vibration or other reasons when it is running.

Notice:

1. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to pull the handle of the upper round blade, so as not to damage the machine

2. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to move the blade handwheel to avoid damage to the machine

3. When the blade needs to be withdrawn, be sure to put down the fixed handle of the upper circular blade first, so that the edge of the upper circular blade is away from the edge of the lower circular blade, and then use the hand wheel to withdraw the blade after confirmation, otherwise the blade will be seriously damaged
