This tape spool winding machine consists of one material pay-off station and a group of traverse winders. It can rewind couples or dozens of tapes into spools at the same time. The spool winding unit is modular designed. The quantity of winding shafts can be made flexibly according to the users' request.
Each traverse unit is independently controled, the machine can wind different widths tape to different sizes spools.
Winding shafts are also driven by servo motor, which ensures precise speed synchronization.
