This spool winding machine line (multi-heads spooling line ) is applied for rewinding the preslit tape rolls to spools.
It is workable for PET, OPP film, insulating paper, non-woven fabric, mica tape, Alu/PET foil and etc.
The spool winder is designed in modularized structure. Each group 4 heads of unwind and wind station. According to customer's request of capacity, we can build different no.s of spool winder in a spool winding line.
1. Each spool winding head is driven independently. The spooling machine can wind different sizes of products at the same time.
2. The spool winders can do both step winding and traverse winding. Winding pattern parameters are set from HMI screen.
3. All the traction, winder and traverse guiding are driven by servo motors, which ensures stable and precise winding quality.
4. A swing roller is integrated before winding shaft to synchronize the winding speed and adjust the tension automatically.
5. Whole machine is centralized controled by PLC which also calculate the realtime unwind OD and rewind tape length.
6. Automatic stop when unwinding finishes and winding complete.
