This stretch rewinding machine can rewind stretch film, cling film, casting film from big diameter roll to smaller diameter rolls. Purpose of rewinding is to divid big roll to several small rolls, and reduce the split-level of film in the roll to make the roll more even.
1. Unwinding from surface by a rotating belt, rewinding from surface by a roller. The surface line speeds of rotating belt and roller are same, so no more stretch to the film in rewinding process.
2. Machine is driven by ac frequency variable motor. Speed easy to control, low noise.
3. Meter counter is equipped. Automatic stop at setting length.
