This sample cutter is applied to cut sample pieces for test from various lightweight substrate samples such as metal foil, non-woven fabrics, films, and paper with a thickness of less than 0.1mm, and is particularly suitable for cut copper foil and films of about 0.005mm thickness.
The blade of the cutter is made of ultra-high hardness material to ensure the long-lasting wear resistance of the tool.
The upper knife is designed in an arc shape to ensure that the cut of the sample is neat and avoid burrs, water ripples, cracks, etc. on the edge of the sample, thereby ensuring the scientificity and accuracy of the sample breaking force and elongation.
The structure of double upper knives and single lower knife is also more convenient for sampling.
