Features:

 1.Independent unwinding station with EPC device.
2. Pneumatic surface pressure of unwinding roll can avoid the bouncing phenomenon when unwinding adhesive tapes.
3.Fully automatic constant tension control for unwinding.
4.Trimmed scraps are wound traversely in reel to save operating space.
5. Both two rewinding shafts on the same side, convenient for core loading and finish rolls unloading.
6. Center winding method, the winding shafts are supported by a servo driven electric cylinder.
7.Differential winding shafts can do consistant tension winding, especially friendly to products with large thickness tolerance.
8.PLC centralized control, touch screen setting parameters, button switches operation.
