Vertical Tape Roll Spooling Rewinding Machine

Introduction:

This vertical spooling machine, also known as a traverse winder, is used to rewind pre-slit tape onto spools, creating packages with multiple tape lengths. It can handle a variety of materials, including mica tape, PET tape, aluminum mylar tape, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, insulating tape, BOPP tape, and cotton tape.

Features:

1. Unwinding is driven by magnetic brake with tapering tension control mode.
2. Traction roller is driven by servo motor to ensure accurate speed synchronizing.
3. Swing roller synchronizes winding speed and ensures constant winding tension.
4. Traverse guiding is realized through a servo motor driving the ball bearing screw rod with sliding block. It can do step winding and smooth traverse winding.
5. This spooling machine can rewind from pancake pad to spool, spool to pancake pad, and spool to spool.
6. PLC controls whole machine running and calculates the unwind OD and rewound tape length.
