Multi Heads Film Foil Tape Slit Spooling Machine

Introduction:

Function of this slit spooling machine is to slit tape jumbo rolls and wind the cut strips onto spools. It is mainly applicable to PET, OPP film, insulating paper, non-woven fabric, mica tape, Alu/PET foil, cotton tape and etc. The modular design allows us to configure different numbers of spool winders in one line as per customer's capacity needs.

Features:

1. Each spool winding head is driven independently — The machine can wind different sizes of products at the same time.
2. Supports both step winding and traverse winding — Winding pattern parameters are set from the HMI screen.
3. All traction, winder, and traverse guiding are driven by servo motors — Ensures stable and precise winding quality.
4. Swing roller integrated before winding shaft — Synchronizes winding speed and adjusts tension automatically.
5. PLC central control system — Controls unwind tension, line speed, traverse guiding, calculates real-time unwind OD and rewind tape length.
6. Automatic stop — When unwinding finishes or winding completes.
7. Both razor blades and circular blades are workable — Can process various types of tape materials.
