Introduction:

Function of this rewinding machine is to convert big diameter tape rolls to smaller diameter rolls. It’s mainly used to rewind adhesive tapes like carton sealing tape, masking tape, medical adhesive tape, electric insulation tape and etc. Two winding shafts exchange automatically ensures high rewinding efficiency.

Features:

1. Rubber pressure roller driving surface winding, no buggbles in finish roll
2. 2 stage stop length setting, finish roll tape length precise
3. Arc shape transmission roller prevent from wrinkles occur
4. Unwinding is driven by magnetic brake, rewinding by magnetic clutch. Tension is automatically controlled.
5. Turret shape winding shaft automatic exchange when winding completes on one shaft.
